White Birch Forest Lights

This beautiful light is made out of reclaimed maine white birch woods. It could be bought on Etsy for $60 or it become an inspiration for your next DIY project.

To make similar table lamp you need to find a birch branch of approximately 2 1/2″ in diameter and 12″ tall. Many other kinds of wood work as good as birch. The branch should be dry or you need to give it some time to become dry. Besides you’ll need a cord, a switch, two bulbs, two sockets, a drill and several bits. When you get all this stuff it won’t take long to figure out what to do with it. Just check out the pictures.
