DIY Father’s Day Wreath Of Old Ties

Fathers Day Wreath

If you have some old ties lying around turn them into door decor right before the Father’s Day. You’ll need about 20 of them and a 14-inch wire wreath from a local crafts shop. If you don’t have enough ties you want to use for such project, you can pick some up at the thrift store.

To make the wreath cut all ties but one into 15-inch lengths. Position the narrow end of first cut tie, front side up, on a section of the wreath. Wrap tie around form until pointed end is positioned as shown, hiding the rolled tie; secure with pins. Repeat, overlapping ties slightly. Flip wreath over; sew rolled-up ties to the backs of points. Pin on the uncut, bowed tie. Put the wreath on your door and help your kids make your husband happy!
