How To Make An Inspiring Photo Board For Your Thoughts

Instagram at home on your wall? Yes, please! You’ll need styrofoam in different sizes, inspiring photos and images, glue, scissors, a knife. If there are no holes in your styrofoam, make some yourself using a sharp knife and measuring your photos (the shape of the cuts is up to you). Choose the pictures you love – your family, friends and relatives, any pictures of nature. Flip the board around and apply glue to the corners of each frame and put the picture on face down. Gluing the photos let them dry for at least 30 minutes and when you finish, use hammer and nail or power strips and hang the styrofoam. Enjoy!

Painting the styrofoam probably works too. Cute idea – sharing it on ArmchairExchange.com

Where would you get thin styrofoam like that? Any suggestions on cutting perfect circles? This is fun.

    Hey christina and m!
I made this tutorial over at http://www.lovetogohappythings.com. Thank you for sharing it on ArmchairExchange.com,Christine!
I’ve tried painting styrofoam in the past and it can be tricky depending on what kind of paint you use. I tried acrylics which normally works on almost everything but not on styrofoam unless you want to achieve a finish that isn’t smooth. I would try spray paint – if you try this I would love to hear about it over at http://www.lovetogohappythings.com!
M, I just got it at a store like home depot and you can find suggestions and tips for cutting the perfect circles on my website. If you have access to a hot wire cutter use that one. Happy day!
