Unusual DIY Shelf Of An Old Piano

There are so many ideas of shelves to make! But a piano shelf? It’s very original and unusual. The supplies are an old piano, a drill, some brackets, felt. So, take the keyboard off and clean inside. Put them back cutting them if needed and attach using some felt from another part of the piano. Cut the needed piece of the piano using a circular saw and using 3 big iron brackets attach your shelf to the wall. Paint the shelf if you need or leave it as it is, decorate with plants and photos and enjoy!

    Great idea! I have never seen this before – love it. The only thing I would change would be to put wooden corbels or brackets underneath – but maybe the metal ones are necessary for the weight?
