How To Make Heart Treats For Birds

it’s cold already and it’s high time to think of our minors like wild birds, for example. To make some treat for them you’ll need coconut fat, cold water, heart-shaped gingerbread shapes, twine and birdseeds. Melt some coconut fat and let it cool down for a few minutes in cold water. Then blend it with different kinds of birdseeds. When the fat begins to get harden again, make hearts using heart-shaped gingerbread shapes. Be careful with the hot coconut fat – make sure to wait until it´s cooled down before you blend in the birdseeds, otherwise it will squirt. To make a hole for the twine, use a match. Now hang them outside to greet the little birdies and look how they eat them!

    I love this idea,
I don’t understand what coconut fat is? Where can I get this or is there something else I could substitute with?
