How To Make An Original Sunburst Clock
If you want a personalized and original clock, you can make them yourself. You won’t need many materials, just wood coffee stir sticks, all-purpose white glue, sharp scissors and working clock with a flat face. Cut 100 or more sticks so that they are sharp, glue several rows of sticks, the second row should be longer than the first. Different length of sticks creates the effect of bursting. Apply glue to the clock in sections like a pie, then lay out the sticks and continue to the next ‘slice’. It’s a perfect idea for your kitchen, and the whole project won’t cost much. A more detailed instruction is here.
We also have a bunch of tutorials showing how you can make sunburst mirrors and cool wall clocks.
