DIY Mittens As A Perfect Gift For Valentine’s Day
It’s winter and we’re all seeking for warm. A nice idea for getting warm is to make a pair of mittens from an old sweater. The project is rather simple, the materials are: pencil, scissors, graph paper, fabric dye, old pot and plate, a sweater you’re ready to sacrifice, sewing machine or needle-and-thread, felt or yarn for personalization. First, make a pattern according to your hand and using it cut out the mittens, front and back. Flip them inside-out and sew; dye and rinse them thoroughly and allow drying. Decorate them with yarn. It’s a great idea for Valentine’s Day, this gift is a perfect one to warm your love on a cold day.
