DIY Chalkboard Herb Pots

Diy Chalkboard Herb Pots

If you want to grow herbs indoors you need a lot of pots for them. That’s a very cool idea by the way because fresh food ingredients are always great. Terra cotta pots works very well for herbs but it’s a good idea to upgrade them a little bit. Painting them with chalkboard paint is the perfect upgrade because that will allow you to label herbs and put watering notes right on pots.

So you’ll need: terracotta pots, chalkboard paint, craft paint, paint brushers, painters tape, herbs seeds or seedlings.

Instructions

Tape off the rims of your terracotta pots. Then paint the bottom half of the pots with several coats of chalkboard paint. Then remove the tape and carefully paint rims with craft paint. After paint dries plant your herbs and enjoy fresh food ingredients after several weeks.
