Cool DIY Herb Garden Of Reused Wine Bottles
Reused wine bottles may be a cool material for creating not only vases of different kind but also a personal herb garden with a slight vintage touch. You’ll need some bottle, a drill, corks, wire, glass cutter, a bottle of Goo Gone. Cut the bottle with a glass cutter, then heat it over a candle and put into cold water – and your bottles will be separated. Scrap the edges, drill your piece of cork and put wire into it. Wrap the wire around each bottle and you’re done! Now plant your herbs and hang the garden on the wall. Enjoy your cool vintage garden!

Where is the center copper tube hanging? Is there something on the end. It is just left to dangle?
