Colorful DIY Garland For An Outdoor Party
Getting ready for a party outdoors? Here’s one more idea for such event: diy garland made of birthday caps. You’ll need birthday hats, holiday lights or cafè lights, scissors, some tape, thumbtack. Undo the closure on the birthday hats so that you could easily pull them apart and they lay open on a flat surface. Cut around the top of each hat, removing the “cone”. With a thumbtack, punch holes in each hat allowing more light to shine through. Attach hats to the string of lights using tape, creating a cone shape. Now go to the garden and put them on the trees, you’re ready for the party!
