Paper is the easiest material to work with: you can cut out various hearts, donuts and other stuff and make a bold garland of them. You may fold some hearts or red or pink paper, 3D paper hearts is an easy idea to realize and you can attach them to a thread with ribbon. Fabric Garlands
If you feel like sewing, sew some cute hearts of the fabric you like: colorful floral, burlap, metallic faux leather or felt. Make hearts – as many as you like and of the fabric you like, decorate them with bows and buttons. You may also go for letters or large colorful pompoms to use with hearts. To avoid sewing, take some burlap and paint some hearts on it, then attach to a thread. Enjoy!
