DIY Zippered Pouch With A Felt Monogram

Diy Zippered Pouch With A Felt Monogram

We’ve already told you of some pouches and pencil cases to make for the new school year and here’s one more idea to the list – a simple zippered pouch that won’t take much time to make. The supplies are scrap fabric, a zipper, a sewing Machine and thread, felt and embroidery thread. Cut two triangles that are roughly 10″ x7″ and two smaller pieces that are about 2″ by 4″, roughly. Take one of your larger rectangle and hand stitch on your embellishment or monogram. Take you zipper and two smaller rectangles of fabric.  With right sides in, stitch each rectangle to the two ends of the zipper. The rest of the tutorial is here, finish the pouch and put your pencils and pens inside.
