DIY Stained Shelves With Pastel Bottoms

DIY Stained Shelves With Pastel Bottoms

Why is crafting so popular? Because it’s a way of giving new life to the old things, and sometimes you can make a real treasure of almost trash. Today we’ll make amazing shelves of a couple of old crates. Take the crates and sand them properly, then test how it’s better to stack the crates to achieve a good shelf form. When you are satisfied, stain the crates from the outside. Let dry, add masking tape to the edges and paint the inside of the crates with beautiful pastel colors of your choice. When the paint dries, carefully remove the paint and arrange the boxes as you like. If you want, you can attach them with glue but heavy accessories will help them not to fall and you needn’t attach them. Enjoy!
