Cut off the bottom of a plastic bottle leaving a horn.
Cover the whole piece with white acrylic primer and give a more textural look using a sponge; leave for half an hour to let it dry.
Paint the planter with pink acrylic paint using a sponge and paint the horn with gold paint, cover it with gold glitter before the paint dries and let the piece dry for half an hour again.
Then paint a fringe and bangs using a brighter shade of pink and purple.
After the fringe dries, line it up with a sharpie and draw a face. Attach ears made of craft foam using hot glue and faux mini flowers. That’s it!
