Polka dot pieces are very popular as they are cute and feminine, to make a polka dot clutch you’ll need a canvas zipper bag, Mod Podge, Mod Podge polka dot stencil, loose glitter and a spouncer. Position the stencil on my bag and hold it in place with a bit of clear tape. Then use the spouncer to apply a coat of Mod Podge. Next, shake loose black glitter all over the wet Mod Podge. You will make a mess. Embrace the mess. Shake the excess glitter off onto a piece of paper, then take the bag outside or in the garage or over a slop sink and blow the excess, excess glitter off of the bag.
