Here is a cool old chair makeover done by Katie Bright from The Bright Life. This chair was in her family for years and looked really ugly.

In order to remove dents and paint drippings she sanded it down and sprayed a few coats of white spray paint on it. Next, she made a patter of the chair seat and cut an adorable fabric from IKEA to cover it. After that she sewed it around a piece of foam and the new chair was ready.
