DIY Spring Canvas With Dried Flowers

Spring is a time when everything is in blossom, especially your creativity! Dried first flowers can be applied in your art – why not make a canvas? You’ll need a dried tulip bouquet, a paint brush and sponge, some acrylic paint in turquoise, yellow, red and green, Mod Podge, a large sheet of paper matching the size of the bouquet (or a canvas).  First create a contrasting background, cover it with Mod Podge and let dry.  Place the flowers on it and glue them. Now paint the flowers – mix different hues to achieve a vivid and more realistic look. As a final step, insert the sheet of paper into a glassless frame and hang it up.
