Green roofs on houses become more and more popular nowadays, so how about creating one on a dog house? You probably already have one you can improve and besides that’s much more easier. This beatiful project is inspired by a California-based company Sustainable Pet Design, which offers prefabricated dog houses with green roofs.
For the project you’ll need: safecoat seals and roof guard, 1×8-inch rough cedar piece, three copper drainpipes, nontoxic wood filler, zero VOC exterior paint, several bamboo pieces, some fabric, nontoxic glue, organic soil, native plants and some tools.
